Jury Consultant

A company is looking for a Jury Consultant to perform various jury-related litigation consulting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mock trials, focus group moderation, and online jury research

Manage jury selection, community attitude surveys, and witness preparation

Provide strategic consulting and reporting on jury-related matters

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree (Ph.D. and / or Master's) in psychology or related field, or J.D. preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field for senior-level positions

Understanding of civil legal processes, procedures, and terminology

Client development skills are beneficial

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software (e.g., SPSS)
