At least three (3) years of experience in a primary healthcare environment, preferably in medically underserved communities and community health center settings. Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, including DEA license and CPR certification. Relevant knowledge of health center licensing and operations, especially within a FQHC environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
