Product Support Services Growth Manager

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Product Support Services Growth Manager in Richmond, Virginia. The Product Support Services Growth Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating an enterprise?wide Product Support CI & RI services roadmap, and developing and maintaining an end-to-end business strategy that aligns with incremental Product Support Sales to Users Revenue, POPS / POLS growth and Leadership Table Initiatives. The individual in this position will collaborate with the Vice-President of Product Support to lead the organization through prioritizing highest opportunities for sales growth and profitability, clearly laying out the competitive landscape, and collaborating with Service, Sales, and Marketing to generate and align on recommended strategies that position Carter Machinery for growth and enabling our customers their highest level of success. Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years' experience in an upper level management position in a service related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Requirements for the Product Support Services Growth Manager include :

• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work collaboratively across teams; strategically focused on product support.
• Must have proven ability to understand, interpret and meet complex customer needs through the preparation of proposal and other documentation.
• Must be able to engage in effective and persuasive discussions on complex topics with top management and other company personnel. Must be able to make presentations to company personnel.
• Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands. Requires strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to travel to various sites.

Physical requirements must be met for the Product Support Services Growth Manager including the ability to sit and talk or hear.
