Pay Information

$240 per hour

About The Position

  • A healthcare organization in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a Board-Certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist for locum coverage.
  • The role involves interpreting surgical pathology, cytology, and fine needle aspiration specimens.
  • This is a Monday through Friday position with a stable weekday schedule and no call responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic evaluations of surgical specimens, Pap smears, and cytology samples.
  • Conduct and interpret fine needle aspirations (FNA) and frozen sections.
  • Provide pathology consultation and ensure quality assurance in lab operations.
  • Utilize Epic EMR and Dragon Dictation for documentation.
  • Support regional lab directorship and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.

    Job Requirements

  • Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP / CP) – REQUIRED
  • Active North Dakota license or IMLC with LOQ in hand – REQUIRED
  • Experience with cytology, FNA, and general surgical pathology – PREFERRED
  • Strong diagnostic and communication skills
