Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate, direct, and assist Table Game Supervisors in the evaluation of Table Game personnel (subordinates) in the areas of policies, procedures, and performanceSupervise and maintain the integrity of Table Game and promotionsMaintain daily communication with the Director and Manager of Table Games via written and verbal reportsMonitor and direct all Supervisors, Dual Rates, and Dealer on related floor activitiesResponsible for the accuracy of the card and dice inventory associated logsEnsuring the Table Game pit follows Colorado Gaming Regulations, ICMP's, and company policies and proceduresMonitoring customer play for any unusual or suspicious variations of play, cheating, or scamsComplete performance evaluations for supervisory staffResponsible for assisting department trainer in facilitating trainingResponsible for over-seeing currency transaction reporting as it arisesMay perform functions of Table Games Staff as requiredDirectly manages Blackjack Supervisors and Dual Rate SupervisorsResponsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Table Games personnel on their shiftsOther related duties including but not limited to complying with the following : Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reportingSkills, Education and Other Requirements
