A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Gather information, research and resolve inquiries, and log applicant interactions efficiently
Build rapport with students and meet interaction goals while addressing their questions
Provide help desk services, including answering questions about admission requirements and technical issues
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must pass typing and basic computer literacy assessment
