Client Service Specialist - Blended

Client Service Specialist CSS  Fort Worth, TX   NurseCore is hiring a Client Service Specialist to support staffing, recruiting, and non-clinical operations for healthcare facilities and home care patients in Fort Worth.

Pay Range :

• $18.00 - $22.00 hourly Key Responsibilities : Assign staff to open shifts and manage schedules Recruit, interview, and hire qualified field employees Maintain and grow client relationships; resolve service issues Coordinate home care referrals and ensure proper documentation Support branch growth through administrative and sales tasks Qualifications : 2+ years of college preferred 1+ year in service industry; home health experience a plus Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Proficient with computers and office technology Job Details : Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional evenings / weekends) Local travel required Must be able to lift / move up to 25 lbs.
