12 hour shiftsWe're always there to support each other when covering shifts.Key Responsibilities :
Provide care in a smaller, community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation.Annual ED visits 10,000.Manage a variety of emergency cases, including triage and fast-track patients.Collaborate closely with Sound's hospital medicine team to ensure a seamless transition of care.Work within a multidisciplinary environment supported by 24 / 7 specialty coverage, including cardiology with a cath lab, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics with spine care, neurology (with telestroke support), psychiatry (with an on-site inpatient behavioral health unit), oncology, and nephrology with dialysis capabilities in the ICU.Living and Working in Sierra Vista :
