Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and licensed Property Manager to join our team in Thatcher, AZ. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and skilled at managing daily property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.

Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and tenant communication.

Ensure compliance with Arizona landlord-tenant laws and company policies.

Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs or maintenance.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.

Qualifications

Arizona Real Estate License (preferred)

3 years of experience in property management

Strong knowledge of property management practices and state regulations

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
