The Director of Corporate Communications is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that strengthens and evolves PMI's reputation and presence in the U.S. market.

This role leads the U.S. Corporate (Enterprise) Communications team, which includes three core areas of work :

  • Enterprise & Executive Communications
  • Press Office
  • Crisis & Issues Management

Together, the team drive corporate and executive positioning, manages our strategic earned, owned, and partner campaigns, oversees third-party events and engagements, and leads crisis and issues response.

  • Who we're looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, ideally within a U.S.-listed company
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact communications strategies.
  • Strong media relations and crisis management expertise
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Experience across both agency and in-house communications environments.
  • Annual Base Salary Range : $217,500-$290,000
