Required Experience :

Minimum 2 years

of recent stepdown or neuro ICU nursing experience

Neuro, stroke, or neurosurgery patient care background required

~ Preferred Experience :

~5+ years total nursing experience

Required Skills :

Epic charting experience

Float flexibility

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork
