A company is looking for a Client Service Associate in Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the placement and service of employee benefits for clients, resolving claims and administrative issues
Manage day-to-day service requests and respond to client inquiries within established guidelines
Explain administrative processes related to employee enrollment, assist with audits, and support special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
3 - 4 years of experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of health and welfare employee benefits and ACA requirements
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
College degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
