The Internship position reports to the Manager of Quality, Training & Process Engineering for the Arkansas Kraft Division.  This person will provide support throughout the mill by collaborating with various parts of the organization to optimize process systems through improvement projects that enhance safety performance, reduce costs, raise quality, increase production efficiently, and minimize downtime.

This position will provide an accelerated development platform, exposure to a wide of manufacturing processes, supplier development experience, customer service / technical service exposure, and a broad overview of career opportunities available within Green Bay Packaging.
