A company is looking for a Quality Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality control and documentation of loan reviews, providing feedback on potential errors
Audit loan documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulations
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and maintain communication with internal contacts
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in Quality Control, Due Diligence, or Secondary Market within banking or lending
Familiarity with compliance regulations and required closing documents
Current knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulatory compliance practices
Experience with Mavent and knowledge of LauraMac system is a plus
High technical aptitude with familiarity in platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
