Vertical Construction Project Manager – Missoula

Job Description

Location : Missoula, MT

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Vertical Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage commercial, institutional, multi-family and / or custom residential vertical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This position requires a high level of collaboration with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing vertical construction projects (e.g., office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, multi-family, etc.).
• Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and project lifecycle management.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Montana
