Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and options of various insurance policies.

Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor insurance plans that best fit the individual requirements of clients.

Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly communicating policy features and mutual benefits.

Quote Preparation : Generate accurate insurance quotes promptly, providing clients with a seamless and efficient service experience.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize client coverage and agency success.

Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors, maintaining a high level of expertise in insurance sales.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess an active SC Property & Casualty License.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Focused : Strong ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations.

Motivated : Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Technology : Proficient in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
