Talent Acquisition Specialist – Craft Labor Recruiting Coordinator 📍 Location :
What You’ll Do Source and recruit craft labor candidates through job boards, networking, and community outreach Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in the ATS Assist with job postings and advertising across various platforms Participate in career fairs, workforce events, and community recruiting initiatives Support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with a focus on relationship-building Comfortable with outreach and public engagement at job fairs and community events Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (internship experience accepted) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams Bilingual (Spanish preferred) — not required, but a plus Core Competencies Customer Service :
