HR Generalist

HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing professional level support to the HR Director, relatedt to faciliy and department goals and objectives. This position assists in multiple areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and perfomance management. THis role assists with departmental compliance with facility , legal and regulatory requirements.
