Position Title : UNIT MANAGER

SHIFT : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM (some weekends as needed for business needs)

Salary : $90,000 - 100,000

Pay Grade : 15

Other Forms of Compensation : Bonus

ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services.

This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of facilities management to include : janitorial, mail and AV service delivery while managing demanding clientele
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner
• Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
• Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
• Planning, Organization & System Know-how
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, financial, and analytical skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
