Salary : $120,000 – $150,000

We are a well-established contractor based in Albany, specializing in plumbing and HVAC projects for commercial and residential clients. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, reliable, and competitive project estimates that set us apart in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in plumbing and HVAC. You will be responsible for preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates for projects, helping guide decision-making and winning contracts. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing and HVAC projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information.
• Assist in bidding and tendering processes.
• Review and update estimates to reflect changes in project scope or conditions.
• Ensure estimates are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
