What You'll Do

Provide

preventive maintenance

on heating and cooling systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair

a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Replace defective components and adjust controls for maximum performance.

Install HVAC equipment, including

refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, humidity control, and pneumatic / DDC control systems

Work with :

Rooftop Units

Air Handling Units

Hydronic (wet) systems

Cooling Towers

VAV Boxes

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering top-quality service.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HVAC experience

(service or install).

Knowledge of HVAC theory, practices, tools, and equipment.

Universal EPA certification

required.

Strong understanding of refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic / DDC control, and air conditioning systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

Must supply own basic hand tools.

Physically capable of lifting / moving heavy equipment, bending, standing, and working in varying environments.

Preferred (but not required) :

Trade school education.

Journeyman license.

Chiller experience.

Sheet metal experience

Hydronic experinece
