What You’ll Need

VDOT Expertise : Mastery of VDOT's rigorous standards and regulations.

Materials and Safety Knowledge : Ensure projects adhere to strict quality, safety, and environmental standards, exceeding client expectations.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in materials testing equipment and proficient in construction management software.

Leadership and Management : Unmatched leadership and management prowess.

Education : A B.S. in Civil Engineering is required .

Extensive Construction Experience : A deep understanding of the complexities of construction, backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with 10 years preferred .

Credentials : Professional Engineer (PE) License in Virginia and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designations are preferred .
