Drug Development Project Manager

A company is looking for a Drug Development Project Manager - East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project plans and progress from pre-clinical stages to commercialization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy

Establish project lifetime plans, proactively identifying risks and maintaining communication on timelines, budgets, and resources

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated project plans and promote effective governance and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across various phases and disease areas

At least 5 years of program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting

Proven leadership skills and experience in people management

Solid project management skills with advanced planning experience using MS Project; PMP certification is a plus
