Core responsibilities

  • Execute preventive maintenance and inspections for plant machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out corrective repairs.
  • Repair, replace, and align mechanical components to OEM standards.
  • Maintain thorough service logs and repair documentation.
  • Work closely with peers to drive reliability improvements and reduce downtime.
  • Comply with all safety rules, lockout / tagout procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist with installing and setting up new equipment as required.

Must-haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a closely related trade.
  • Proficiency with mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and team-focused.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime when needed.
