Job Requisition :

Job Summary :

  • The IT Program Executive will serve as the Program Manager and primary point of contact to the IRS for the Enterprise File Storage (EFS) Development, Maintenance, and Support Task Order.
  • This individual will oversee program planning, staffing, execution, and risk management to ensure continuity of EFS operations and alignment with the IRS Taxpayer Services mission.

    • The IT Program Executive will be performing work at IRS New Carrollton Federal Building (NCFB) located at 5000 Ellin Rd, Lanham, MD 20706 as required.  Salary :

  • $168,000-$172,000 Responsibilities / Duties :
  • Serve as the primary interface between Subsidium and IRS Taxpayer Services leadership.
  • Lead project planning, technical execution, and performance tracking for EFS-PROD operations.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Pega developers, system engineers, and SMEs.
  • Oversee release planning, testing, and deployment cycles for EFS enhancements.
  • Ensure program compliance with IRS security, accessibility, and performance standards.
  • Develop project documentation, schedules, and reporting for Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
  • Manage subcontractor coordination and performance oversight.

    • Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale Federal IT programs.
  • 5+ years managing projects involving Pegasystems or equivalent case management systems.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets / schedules on FFP contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management and federal acquisition principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Education / Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • PMP or PgMP certification required.
  • Agile / Scrum certification preferred.
