Key Responsibilities
Lead Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) analysis and refinement, collaborating with Sales and Product teams
Develop advanced marketing metrics and analytics frameworks to optimize the customer journey
Establish comprehensive analytics for customer lifecycle performance and develop actionable dashboards and reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
12+ years of experience in marketing analytics or operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in measuring marketing performance across various channels in an Enterprise B2B environment
Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data visualization tools
Expert-level skills in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is a strong plus
