SOX Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist II, SOX Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with external auditors to execute a coordinated audit plan and improve audit efficiency

Independently manage key aspects of the SOX PMO function and ensure accountability to deadlines

Assist in building a world-class SOX PMO by implementing leading practices and exploring automation

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in audit and / or project management in the technology sector

Deep understanding of risk and control concepts related to business and IT processes

Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and related control frameworks such as COSO 2013

CIA, CPA, CISA, or Project Management certification preferred

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
