Purpose of the role
The Director, Operational Performance & Industrial Engineering plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business transformation across MHIRJs Service Centers. You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and turnaround performance directly impacting profitability and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, hands-on leader with a proven track record in operational improvement, industrial engineering, and change management within complex, high-stakes environments. Youll partner closely with senior leadership to translate data into action, elevate performance culture, and embed sustainable, measurable improvements.
