Past travel experience is required.

Proficient in nursing assessment skills and OASIS data collection.

Ability to see 6-7 patients on a busy day.

Willingness to travel between homes in a rural area.

Must float to other offices as needed.

Description :

The position is for a Home Health RN.

It is a 13-week assignment with 5x8 hour days.

The working hours are from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.

A preference for working one weekend a month may be considered.

Mileage is reimbursed for travel between patient homes.

Candidates who reside within a certain distance may be classified as local.

Travelers are required to work a holiday during the assignment.

Compliance documentation must be submitted in a timely manner.

Candidates must be capable of managing patient care and documentation.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Previous charge experience is a plus.

This position may involve a variety of patient diagnoses.
