Here, your contributions truly matter.\n\nA Brief Overview\n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients. This includes establishing nursing diagnoses, setting care objectives, and defining interventions while offering emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. You will continuously assess and adapt care based on patient needs.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n

  • Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and effectively communicating with healthcare team members.\n
  • Develop tailored nursing care plans that consider medical histories, present conditions, and potential influencing factors.\n
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care practices, fostering independence and understanding.\n
  • Regularly evaluate patient care, comparing outcomes with established standards and modifying care plans as necessary.\n
  • Ensure a safe and healthy patient environment, adhering strictly to infection-control policies and legal regulations.\n
  • Document all patient care activities accurately in medical records.\n
  • Maintain patient care equipment and manage supplies efficiently to guarantee readiness.\n
  • Commit to ongoing professional development in nursing practices.\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\nTo excel in this role, you must be able to fulfill the specified hours and perform all essential functions satisfactorily, demonstrating effective communication abilities.   • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
