A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, including integrations with ETL tools
  • Provide application administration, support, and manage system backups while ensuring data quality and security
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and create technical documentation for processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Salesforce application administration
  • At least three years of experience with complex software systems and application administration
  • Two years of experience with ETL tools and integrations
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
