A company is looking for a Care Advocate Outbound I.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and motivate members to utilize services and manage their health proactively
Collect member history and triage to appropriate care team members
Make at least 100 outbound calls daily while providing concierge-level service
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or reception
Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment
Demonstrated personal accountability and commitment to quality
Capability to manage workload independently in a dynamic environment
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
