$2,500 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED FOR LIMITED TIME! This applies for full-time hires ONLY and will be paid out in quarterly installments over the course of a year.

Position : LPN and RN

Shift : Full-time, AM, PM, NOC

Pay Range : $38.00 - $43.00 / HR for LPN, and $45.00 - $50.00 / HR for RN

Location : Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Administer, monitor, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, general conditions, and patient's responses
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Assists with unit management and / or assume charge of unit as assigned

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :

Pay Range : $38.00 - $43.00 / HR for LPN, and $45.00 - $50.00 / HR for RN
