Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist
This position is responsible for ensuring strict inventory control standard operating procedures are properly executed and adhered to and maintaining and reviewing slot locations throughout the warehouse. Performs all duties safely, accurately and assists to meet set productivity goals.
Required Schedule : Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12 : 30am

Education And Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required, in addition to two to three years of warehouse related experience.
Language Skills
Must have ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must have ability to read and write simple correspondence, and to speak effectively in one-on-one and in small group situations.
Mathematical Skills
Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must have ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certification on material handling equipment is required, or the ability to become certified.
Physical Requirements Of The Position
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The associate is frequently required to stand and walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit. The associate must be able to stand and walk up to 80% of the workday. The associate must occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Job duties are performed in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to fast moving material handling equipment. The associate is frequently exposed to variable temperatures and humid conditions, vehicle emissions; and is infrequently exposed to contained toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment usually is loud.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position. The incumbent must have the ability to work a varying schedule which might include shift work (days or nights), weekdays or weekends, and some holidays. Work hours may vary, or change based on customer order requirements, departmental requirements, and business needs.
Travel
The position does not require travel.
