Procurement Buyer I

A company is looking for a Procurement Buyer I responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process within the Coupa Procure-to-Pay system.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa

Source products and services from approved suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts

Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and provide training on Coupa best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred

2-4 years of Purchasing / Procurement experience, with Coupa experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay Processes and Supplier Management

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Word

Coupa Buyer and / or Coupa Admin Certification a plus
