Each shift will consist of greeting members, facilitating membership sign-ups, giving high-fives, smiling, laughing, answering phones, providing the best hospitality experience possible for our members, and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with members and prospective members by determining their fitness needs.
• Educate members & prospective members on how DAC Fitness can help them achieve a healthier lifestyle.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members.
• Remain actively engaged with members to seek membership referrals.
• Communicate well in person and on the phone.
• Smile.
• Use a computer proficiently.
• Multi-task, be a self-starter, and a social enthusiast.
• Demonstrate great communication skills.
• Be health- and fitness-minded.
• Work as a team player.
• Weekend availability.
