Salary : $63,750 - $106,250 / annually

Clinic Manager Opportunity :

  • The Rural Health Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and clinical functions of the Rural Health Clinics
  • Works collaboratively with providers, medical staff, and senior leadership to support high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Manages employees in the Rural Health Clinics, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Support Assistants, and support staff
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Clinic Manager will assists with the development, review, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Clinic Manager Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management Nursing or related field
  • Two years’ experience in healthcare or clinical setting
  • RN licensure is preferred
