Senior Hadoop Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior Hadoop Admin to support their Big Data Federal Team on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support Big Data infrastructure and applications on ServiceNow Cloud and Azure environments

Automate CI / CD data pipelines and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker

Provide production support for critical Big Data pipelines, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of the Hadoop / Big Data ecosystem with 6+ years of experience

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in a production environment

Strong knowledge of querying and analyzing large-scale data using tools like Spark and Grafana

Proficient in scripting with Bash and Python for automation tasks

Strong Linux Systems Administration skills
