Operations Warehouse Manager

Our client, a recognized leader in e-commerce and marketing solutions for the tax and accounting sector, is seeking an Operations Warehouse Manager to take on a pivotal leadership role within our team. In this position, you will oversee and coordinate the company's daily internal operations while managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that our goals for cost efficiency, quality, and service excellence are consistently met.

To thrive, you should have :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Graphic Design, or related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in operations or print-production management.

Solid managerial, supervisory, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Knowledge of operations, manufacturing, print-production, and financial data analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in Mac environment); experience with production / operations software a plus.

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be accountable for :

Hiring and training new employees

Organizing and overseeing schedules and work of assigned staff

Evaluating performance in a timely and constructive manner

Modeling company values to maintain a strong culture where employees feel respected, appreciated, and motivated to contribute high-quality work

Handling discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy

Your duties for the Operations Warehouse Manager currently include :

Order Management (entry, proofing, shipments, timelines, troubleshooting)

Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, production, and quality control processes to meet company standards.

Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and procurement.

Lead vendor and supplier relationships, including cost management and process improvements.

Analyze performance and financial data to measure productivity and support budget management.

Ensure workplace safety, facility maintenance, and effective cross-functional communication.
