• And much more!\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nThe RN House Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering leadership during off-hours, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the facility.\n
• Supervise and mentor nursing and support team members during your shift.\n
• Assess staffing needs and allocate assignments based on available staff, patient acuity, and workload.\n
• Provide direct patient care when necessary.\n
• Assist staff with problem-solving and decision-making.\n
• Take on patient assignments as needed to maintain effective staffing levels.\n
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.\n
• Address patient care complaints following established protocols.\n
• Perform role-specific duties like entering orders and facilitating admissions / discharges.\n
• Ensure the team has the equipment and supplies needed for safe patient care.\n
• Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical operations and protocols.\n
• Cultivate an environment that promotes professional growth.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Current RN license in Kentucky or reciprocal compact state.\n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
• Current BLS certification.\n
