Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Hills & Dales, Dubuque, IA

Job Type : Full-Time | Exempt | Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

About the Role :

Hills & Dales is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapy for children and adults with speech, language, cognitive, social communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy

Develop and implement care plans

Collaborate with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and billing

Stay current with best practices and standards

Qualifications :

Master's in Speech Language Pathology

SLP license required

3+ years of experience (pediatrics, autism, developmental disabilities preferred)

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical support tasks

Offer contingent upon the succressful completetion of a criminal background check, dependernt adult and child abuse background check, and drug screen.
