This position is in person and requires traveling to various facilities throughout the state of Delaware.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Trainer and Group Intervention Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in training Department of Corrections staff and supporting programming across multiple facilities.
