Job Description

Manage daily corporate banking operations, including transaction processing and account maintenance. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all operational activities. Support the resolution of operational issues and provide guidance to clients as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. Prepare and review operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in implementing new systems and technologies to streamline banking operations. Monitor and mitigate operational risks within corporate banking activities. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Banking Operations Specialist should have :

• A background in banking or financial operations with a focus on corporate clients.
• Mandarin Speaking a PLUS
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
