Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
- Coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
- Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
- Act as brand advocate for Victra.
- Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Contribute to sales strategy to showcase products and services throughout the store.
- Ensure store employees meet monthly success metrics and complete training on time.
- Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintain store performance with retail inventory compliance.
- Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Drive traffic to stores and leverage the existing customer base.
- Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all store functions.
- Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate company objectives and priorities clearly and follow up promptly.
- Stay up to date with new sales promotions to provide complete solutions for guests.

1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership / supervisory roleManagement experience in a commissions-based sales environmentProven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goalsAbility to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environmentExperience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing teamBasic interview skills and staffing knowledgeHigh school diploma or GEDOne or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or salesWillingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periodsAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical Requirements
Ability to lift up to ten poundsAbility to stand for long periodsTraining Requirements
Attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 2 weeks of start dateAttend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training within 30 days of NHUOther online and computer-based training required throughout employmentAfter you apply
