Responsibilities and Expectations

The Associate Account Strategist supports the delivery of marketing programs for clients in an agency setting, across multiple B2B industries including healthcare, professional services, and technology.

The Associate Account Strategist plays an important role in delivering client programs and supporting senior team members on large, complex accounts. This role requires baseline skills in paid digital platforms and a strong foundation in marketing strategy, combined with the ability to provide both strategic and administrative support. Associates are expected to contribute meaningfully to account delivery, while continuing to grow their expertise and independence in client management.

Reports to : Associate Account Director

In-office requirements : Sporadically each month

What youll do :

Strategic & Account Support

• Support senior strategists on large, key accountscontributing research, insights, and recommendations from a strategic lens
• Participate in client meetings with professionalism, learning to engage with executives and stakeholders
• Assist in building marketing plans that span digital and traditional strategies, campaign themes, and KPIs
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of paid digital tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta) and assist with execution and basic optimizations
