Base pay range

$55,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr

Trustpoint is proud to partner with a growing Legal Services Provider in their search for a Legal Recruiter. This is a direct hire opportunity with an anticipated start date of October 6th and will sit in the firm's Newark office. Successful candidates will have 2-5 years' experience recruiting in a professional services, legal services or law firm environment. High volume experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand staffing needs across the organization
• Recruit for a variety of roles including Case Managers, Intake Specialists, Data Entry, Paralegals, and Attorneys
• Draft job descriptions and manage job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct pre-screen interviews and evaluate candidates for required skills and experience
• Coordinate onboarding processes and hiring logistics to ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain staffing levels and provide ongoing support for hiring needs as the organization grows
• Collaborate with law firms and external partners to address staffing requirements
