We are looking for a Telecom Voice Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced telecom and voice systems, ensuring seamless communication across organizational platforms. Responsibilities :
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory services to ensure optimal system performance.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory solutions to support secure cloud-based operations.
- Administer Citrix technologies to optimize virtual desktop and application delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to manage Microsoft Exchange systems for reliable email and messaging services.
- Monitor telecom voice systems for performance and reliability, addressing issues proactively.
- Develop and document technical processes and procedures for system management.
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex system issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all systems.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Active Directory environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory for cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtual desktop and application solutions.
- Expertise in managing Microsoft Exchange email systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in telecom voice systems.
