Operations Supervisor

We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a talented team and keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do :

Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met

Lead, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best while maintaining a positive, safety-focused culture

Manage inventory and materials to keep workflows running seamlessly

Supervise the operation and light maintenance of UV, digital, and flexographic press equipment

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams to align operations with company goals

Promote workplace safety and compliance with all regulations and best practices

What You’ll Bring :

Experience in manufacturing or packaging , ideally with press or printing equipment

Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to get the best out of your team

Solid mechanical understanding and comfort with machine operation and troubleshooting (maintenance experience is a huge plus!)

Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking tools

Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
