Job Description

Pay Range : $19.00 - $28.75 per hour (based on experience).

(Additional $1.00 per hour worked between 7 : 00pm and 11 : 59pm.  Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12 : 00am-4 : 59am)

• To maintain and direct all maintenance activities, ensuring that all hatchery equipment is operating safely and at peak efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor a parts inventory that is economical and within budgeted costs.
• Responsible for general maintenance of equipment and buildings.
• Maintains a parts inventory, to include ordering and receiving of the same.
• Conducts plant safety audits.
• Coordinates and complies with plant preventative maintenance programs.
• Completes special projects as needed.
• Does electrical troubleshooting, A / C and / or electronics.
• Provides hatchery relief labor under emergency situation.
