Become a vital part of our team as a Home Care Nurse and School Nurse – a unique and fulfilling role combining both settings!

• Position Overview :

Kick off your day by preparing your patient for school, ensuring they start the day on the right foot.

Serve as the bus nurse during transportation to and from school, providing essential support along the way.

Once at school, you will be the dedicated 1 : 1 School Nurse for your patient, ensuring their health and safety throughout the day.

Conclude your shift knowing that your patient is primed for a good night’s sleep, ending the day with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

Full Shift : 12 hours daily
